177 Hancock St is a development project located in Cambridge, MA. It is a historic renovation and rehabilitation of a 150+ year old shingle home located in the mid-Cambridge Historic District. The project will be to reimagine over 5,400 square feet of space to bring to a life a single family home with a legal in-law unit at garden level. Construction begins Summer 2025.
In collaboration with Kelly Boucher Architecture we will reimagine the interior and exterior spaces to bring this home into 21st Century living. Below are some before photos of the space.
